Security
How Amaze Labs secures its products, who is accountable, and how to report a vulnerability.
Security at Amaze Labs is owned by a named lead, Cristian Filimon, who is responsible for the security of all Amaze Labs products.
1. Security Leadership
Cristian Filimon is the Security Lead at Amaze Labs and the person accountable for the security of Amaze Labs products and infrastructure. All security decisions, vulnerability triage, and disclosure handling run through this role.
Security contact: [email protected].
2. Our Security Practices
We run vulnerability identification, penetration testing, and patch validation across our own SaaS and internal applications on an ongoing basis.
Testing is scoped to systems Amaze Labs owns or operates. We do not test third-party systems without written authorisation.
3. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in an Amaze Labs product, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue.
Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption.
4. Scope
This security program covers applications and services that Amaze Labs builds, owns, and operates. Amaze Labs means Cristian Filimon, trading as Amaze Labs (NZBN 9429053396341).
